Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and banking. Matt is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Onset Financial, a position they have held since August 2022. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at the same company from October 2021 to August 2022.

Prior to their time at Onset Financial, Matt worked at Zions Bank for over 14 years. Matt'sroles at Zions Bank included Retail Operations Manager from June 2014 to October 2021, Peak Time Coordinator from November 2011 to June 2014, Personal Banker in June 2011, and Lead Teller from April 2007 to June 2011.

Matt Anderson, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Weber State University in the year 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2014.
