Shel Saripella

Shel is an industry subject-matter expert and recognized strategic thinker with technical expertise and implementation abilities. Shel is also an experienced IT PMO (Project Management Offices) consultant with expertise in implementing PMO Governance/Methodologies and in leading client teams to higher levels of project delivery including project portfolio management, IT Governance, toolkits, training, mentoring, coaching, assessments, and quality reviews. His experience includes implementing a PM methodology approach (hybrid of Waterfall and Agile) – iterative methodology – on projects/programs that help end-users successfully adapt to new products and processes and successfully accept change.

Shel has held roles of increasing responsibility as an individual contributor, consultant, manager in project management leadership, and business process consulting. He is well versed in various IT applications that reside in multiple business domains and in understanding business processes and requirements.
