Dan Nixon

Dan Nixon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, client services, and engineering within the technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Onshore Outsourcing since September 2017, Dan pioneered the IT Support solution that significantly boosted new client relationships and led the development of managed services focused on ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies. Previously, Dan held leadership roles including SVP Client Services & Workforce Management, VP Engineering & Research at OTS Digital, and Director of Solution Engineering at Onshore Outsourcing, driving substantial revenue generation and operational improvements. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Development from Western Governors University.
