Roy Love

Roy Love is an experienced software developer with a diverse background in the technology sector, currently working at PulteGroup since September 2018, where contributions include the development of applications for the sales team to modernize their platform. At Onshore Outsourcing, Roy has held dual roles as a software developer and service manager since August 2011, overseeing multiple programming projects and managing a team of approximately 25 developers. Previous experience includes working on AI solutions at Onshore Digital and leading key initiatives at Hudson's Bay Company in various capacities, such as Team Lead for transaction and auditing teams. Roy's educational foundation includes an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Technology from Moberly Area Community College, complemented by military experience as a Field Artillery Officer in the Army National Guard. Additionally, involvement with the Missouri Masons and Shriners highlights community engagement and leadership within the organization.
