Lee Heard

Lee Heard is an experienced leader in the non-profit sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Riding for the Disabled Association since June 2024. Lee also holds the position of Trustee at Onside Advocacy and previously chaired the Evidence, Data and Insight Advisory Group for the National Water Safety Forum from January 2019 to May 2024. Lee was a member of the National Water Safety Forum, which aims to reduce water-related deaths in the UK. Additionally, Lee spent over a decade at the Royal Life Saving Society UK in various capacities, including Charity Director and Director of People, Membership and Partnerships, contributing significantly to volunteer engagement and community outreach. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Sport Development and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Development from the University of Gloucestershire.
