Shannon Rich

Shannon Rich has a strong background in healthcare and business development. Shannon currently serves as the Director of Business Development at OnSite Care, Inc. starting in April 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at CareHere LLC as the Senior Director of Operations from September 2014 to March 2021. In this position, they collaborated with the Executive Team on client decisions and performance improvement strategies, provided guidance and coaching to direct reports, and ensured high-level satisfaction of patients, clients, and employees. Before joining CareHere LLC, Shannon was the Wellness Manager at Aetna from September 2012 to September 2014, where they oversaw the onsite Corporate Health and Wellness department and organized multiple HRA events.

Shannon Rich completed their education in a chronological order. Shannon first attended Walla Walla Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Communications. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's of Science degree in Health Education from Western Oregon University, graduating in 2008. Finally, Shannon completed their academic journey by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Health Promotions and Education from the University of Utah between 2008 and 2012.
