Jacob Baucom

Jacob Baucom is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in various managerial roles. As the Owner Principal of OnSite Construction Group LLC since 2010, Jacob has led a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in general contracting and construction management across several states. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at GE Johnson Construction Company, Timberlake Construction, and Southwind Construction Services, where Jacob managed high-profile accounts and developed strong client relationships. Jacob's early career includes a role as a Project Engineer at Ross Group and military service as a Military Police Officer in the Army National Guard. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University.
