Johanna Tesoniero, DDS, EMBA, MAGD has a wealth of experience in the dental industry. Johanna Tesoniero, began their career in 2003 as a Resident at Bronx Lebanon Albert Einstein General Practice Residency. In 2005 they became a Partner and Dentist at Associated Dental/ American Dental Partners. In 2012 they were appointed Director of Clinical Operations and Quality/ Dentist at Gentle Dental Careers. In 2016 they took on roles as Clinical Consultant at Arizona Board of Dental Examiners and Associate Clinical Director of Dental Utilization Management at Avēsis Incorporated. In 2018 they became Chief Clinical Officer and Advisory Board Member at Onsite Dental. Currently, they are Chief Operating Officer, Expansion Markets at Cano Dental. Additionally, they have served as Visiting Faculty at Spear Education since 2010.

Johanna Tesoniero, then went on to receive their Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University - College of Dentistry in 2003. In 2004, they completed a General Practice Residency from Bronx Lebanon Albert Einstein. In 2014, they attended the Disney University - Interdent Conference on Customer Service. In 2017, they were awarded a Mastership (MAGD) from the Academy of General Dentistry. Finally, in 2018, they graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Executive MBA Program at Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
