Francisca Gray

Francisca Gray possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and career development, currently serving as an Assistant Principal Intern with Onslow County Schools since April 2006. Notable achievements include being selected as an NC Principal Fellow and participating in the Aspiring Assistant Principal Program. Gray has successfully developed virtual career development services and created industry partnerships to enhance career and technical education programs. Previous roles include CTE Coordinator and Career Development Facilitator, and currently, as an Instructional Consultant, Gray supports clients in delivering career development courses. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix and ongoing studies towards a Master of School Administration at East Carolina University.
