Erin Tallman, MHA, FACHE, CPXP has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. Erin started their career at Continuum Home Care and Hospice in 2006, where they served as the Director of Therapy Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading the occupational therapy team and served as a liaison between therapy, nursing, and ancillary services. Erin held this position until July 2008.
In June 2008, Erin joined Onslow Memorial Hospital as the SVP Patient Advocacy Officer and the VP Director of Patient & Family Advocacy and Service Improvement. Erin has been in these roles since then, overseeing patient advocacy and driving service improvement initiatives within the hospital.
Erin Tallman earned their Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (BSOT) from East Carolina University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2008 to 2012. Erin'seducational background primarily includes occupational therapy and health administration.
