Kelly Heavener

Kelly Heavener has worked in the software industry since 2012. In 2018, they began their role as Quality Assurance Manager at Onspring. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Test Analyst - Cloud Apps Development at Cerner Corporation from 2013-2018, where they developed and executed manual, automated and exploratory tests, using a risk based testing strategy. From 2012-2013, they worked at Argus Health Systems in two roles: Software Quality Analyst and Pharmacy Benefits Analyst. In their role as Software Quality Analyst, they developed, maintained, and executed a wide range of quality tests and analyses to ensure software applications meet or exceed technical specifications, company standards, and end-user requirements. As Pharmacy Benefits Analyst, they analyzed customer requests for new benefit set up or benefit changes to determine most appropriate solution for implementation, validated and tested solutions, and facilitated customer acceptance testing.

Kelly Heavener attended The University of Kansas, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
