Muhammad Janjua

Muhammad Janjua has over 15 years of professional experience in the fields of Technology, Revenue Assurance, Business Intelligence, Fraud Management, and Project Management. Muhammad began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager for Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management at Warid Telecom. During this time, they managed the Fraud Risk Control and Business Intelligence teams, assisted in the establishment of the Fraud & Revenue Assurance Department, and developed procedures, policies, and tools for the validation of sales commission. In 2008, they moved to Ice Solutions as a Consultant for Business Intelligence & Revenue Assurance. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Senior Principal Consultant at SAS, playing a key role in the development of the professional services division. In 2011, they returned to Warid Telecom as a Manager of Revenue Assurance, where they quantified the amount of Revenue Loss and prevented loss & savings. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as a Visiting Faculty of Business Intelligence at the University of Central Punjab, developing a new course and managing one Graduation Project. In 2017, they joined Onstak Inc. as a Director of Technology. In 2018, they moved to Concillium as the VP of Technology. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Digitalstates Inc.

Muhammad Janjua completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Near East University in 2002, followed by a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the same institution in 2004. Muhammad also holds two Coursera Course Certificates, one for R Programming obtained in September 2016, and one for The Data Scientist's Toolbox obtained in August 2016.
