Rabeel Asad has over 13 years of work experience in the IT, CRM, and BSS fields. In 2020, they were appointed as the Director of Professional Services - Cloud & AI at OnStak. Prior to this, they worked at SEGMATEK as a BSS & BUSINESS STRATEGY EXPERT from 2019. Rabeel also worked as an EXPERT CRM PLANNING & OPERATIONS at Ericsson in 2019. In 2018, they were a MANAGER DATA (ICT) at Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC). Rabeel was an ASSISTANT MANAGER IT CRM OPERATIONS & PLANNING at Jazz (previously known as Mobilink) from 2014 to 2018. Rabeel started their career in 2007 as a TEAM LEAD IT CRM & BILLING OPERATIONS at Warid Telecom.

Rabeel Asad obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc). Computer Sciences and Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore in 2008.
