Anya Gerasimchuk

Anya Gerasimchuk has over 20 years of experience in user-centered design, user experience, and product management in various industries. Their recent roles include Head of Design, UI/UX Engineering at Ontada starting in November 2022; Director of User Experience at GE Digital in the Power Generation, Oil&Gas division from April 2021 to November 2022; Director of User Experience at EY in the ATTG division from July 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they spent four years at GE Aviation Digital as the Director of User Experience and then as the UX, Senior Manager/Creative Director. Anya also worked at GE Aviation as Product Design and Product Management/Business Analysis, and at EUMETSAT as a User Researcher, Support, Document Management Consultant and Team Lead. Their work at Cengage Learning as a Product Owner involved product management and business analysis, while their role at Ameritas was as a Front-end Developer/Designer focused on web strategy for public-facing websites. Finally, they started their career at the Cincinnati Art Museum in 2002 as an Assistant Technician.

Anya Gerasimchuk obtained a Master's of Science in Management from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 2008-2014. Anya continued their education in the same institution and field of study and earned a Master's of Science in Business with concentration in Risk Management and Business Continuity in 2009-2014. Anya also completed a IOS Developer program from Udacity in 2015-2016. Anya's additional certifications include a iOS Developer Nanodegree from Udacity in 2016 and certifications from the International Scrum Institute (Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner). Anya is also a CIW Certified Web Designer and a PMP Certification from the PMI Institute.
