Audrey Marks has a diverse work experience starting from their role as Admission House Student Support at Washington & Jefferson College in 2004. Audrey then became a News Editor at Stillwater NewsPress, covering the local government beat and subsequently worked as a reporter at MediaNews Group. In 2007, Marks was a Correspondent at The Day, covering the Connecticut delegation and government agencies and a Freelancer at The Boston Globe. Later that year, Marks became an Editor and Government and Political Reporter at Houston Community Newspapers, where they supervised a team of reporters and freelancers, maintaining the publication's website and social networking sites while writing weekly columns and articles. From 2011-2012, they served as an Assistant Editor and Senior News Representative at the University of Pittsburgh, where they worked on issues and best practices related to social media. Marks then joined Baylor College of Medicine in 2012, where they launched the institution's first comprehensive social media program, oversaw a college-wide content audit and acted as Communications Writer. In 2017, they joined McKesson, where they worked as Senior Product Content Manager, helped with quarterly advisory board meetings planning and execution, and served as Senior Manager for Product Marketing and Communications for the company's Technology Solutions portfolio.Finally, in 2020, Marks joined Ontada as Sr. Manager for Product Marketing and Communications, where they helped transform the organization's communications operating model, implemented modern email management tools and developed an editorial program aimed at increasing engagement.

Audrey Marks received their BA in English from Washington & Jefferson College in 2005. Audrey then pursued an MS in Print Journalism at Boston University from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Marks has also obtained several certifications, including Workboard Expert and Certification as a SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019. In 2019, they also completed courses in Product Management and Development Foundations and Scrum: The Basics, both offered by LinkedIn.
