Angie Anselmo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event planning, communications, and membership services. Currently serving as the Membership Services Administrator at the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects since June 2022, Angie previously held the position of Senior Event Planner at Redstone Agency Inc. from January to June 2022. Angie's long-term role at the Alliance for Healthier Communities spanned nearly a decade, during which various titles were held, including Communications and Event Officer, Communications Coordinator, and Policy & Communications Assistant. Additionally, Angie gained valuable experience at Public Health Sudbury & Districts as a Communications Assistant and Program Assistant, and at Cinéfest Sudbury International Film Festival as a Marketing & Operations Officer and Volunteer Coordinator. Angie holds a degree in Entertainment Administration from Durham College, completed in 2005.

The Ontario Association of Landscape Architects works to promote and advance the profession of landscape architecture and maintain standards of professional practice consistent with the public interest. The OALA promotes public understanding of the profession and the advancement of the practice of landscape architecture. In support of the improvement and/or conservation of the natural, cultural, social and built environments, the OALA undertakes activities including promotion to governments, professionals and developers of the standards and benefits of landscape architecture. The OALA's Mission is to promote, improve and advance the profession of Landscape Architecture and maintain standards of professional practice and conduct consistent with the need to serve and to protect the public interest.
