Barbara Manbahal

Barbara Manbahal, B.A., MCBA, CSSGB, HLLQP, FSA, has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative in the Brokerage Channel at Ontario Blue Cross since October 2004, with previous roles in Sales & Special Projects and Customer Service for Travel and Health. Prior to this, Barbara held positions at Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines Limited as Team Lead for Billing and in Accounts Payable, as well as managerial roles at Canada's Wonderland in Guest & Information Services. Barbara is well-educated, holding a BA in Sociology and a bilingual certificate from Glendon Campus of York University, along with multiple certificates in business analysis and Six Sigma from Villanova University.
