Isabeau Normandin

Isabeau Normandin has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on talent management and culture. Isabeau began their career as a Conseiller Ressources Humaines at Laurentian Bank of Canada in 1989 and worked there until 1997. Isabeau then joined AXA as an HR Manager, where they worked from 2001 to 2007. Isabeau then transitioned to Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in 2007, before returning to AXA as an HR Director from 2008 to 2011. Isabeau then worked at AXA Assurance-vie as an HR Senior Manager from 2011 to 2012. Isabeau continued their career at SSQ Financial Group as a Directrice Principale - Partenaire d'affaires RH in 2012, and later as Directrice principale- Centre d'expertise en Gestion du changement from 2013 to 2014. Isabeau then joined Banque Nationale as a Directrice principale Ressources Humaines in 2014. In 2018, Isabeau held the position of Vice President Talent and Culture at both Quebec Blue Cross and Ontario Blue Cross.

Isabeau Normandin holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal.
