Raed Kadri serves as the VP of Strategic Initiatives, Business Development, and Head of the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network (OVIN) at the Ontario Centre of Innovation since April 2016, overseeing a budget exceeding $100 million annually and driving initiatives in electric and autonomous vehicles. Kadri also leads Ontario’s Autonomous Vehicle Innovation Network (AVIN), fostering a collaborative ecosystem to commercialize automotive technologies while providing strategic guidance on innovation. Previous experience includes roles at AUTO21 Inc., where Kadri advanced business development and external relations, and at Bonduelle as a Process Engineering Coordinator. Kadri's academic qualifications include a Doctorate and MSc from Henley Business School, an MS in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, and a B.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor.
