Roland Isberto

Roland Isberto is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as IT Manager at the Ontario Chamber of Commerce since November 2009, Roland oversees a range of in-house and cloud IT solutions, help desk operations, security, disaster recovery, general office, and event support. Previously, Roland worked as an IT Systems Administrator at Klipsch from May 2006 to May 2009, focusing on Windows Active Directory Infrastructure, Cisco Networking, and desktop support. Roland's earlier experience includes various roles at Philips Lifeline, progressing from data quality and customer service to managing a team. Roland holds a degree in Computer Engineering Technologist from Seneca Polytechnic, an Accelerated Web Development certification from HackerYou College of Technology, and a PC Hardware Specialist Certificate from DeVry Institute of Technology.
