Lilly Ing is a seasoned professional in the pharmacy field with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Practice Advisor at the Ontario College of Pharmacists since August 2011, Lilly has also held the position of Professional Practice Advisor in the same organization. Prior to this, Lilly worked at Shoppers Drug Mart from September 2005 to August 2011, where responsibilities included Manager of Pharmacy Reimbursement - Internal Performance and LTC Co-ordinator. Additionally, Lilly served as Manager of Organizational Development at MediSystem Pharmacy from January 2007 to November 2010. Educated at the University of Toronto, Lilly earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc.Phm) between 1985 and 1989.

The Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), incorporated in 1871, is the registering and regulating body for the profession of pharmacy in Ontario.
