Alphonse Barikage

Alphonse Barikage currently serves as Client Services Manager at the Ontario College of Teachers since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Manager and Team Lead for Early Resolution at the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario from November 2017 to April 2023, and as a Manager during a secondment at the Conflict Management Office within the Ministry of the Solicitor General from March 2021 to March 2023. Alphonse Barikage's extensive background in mediation and conflict resolution also includes positions as a Bilingual Mediator and Analyst at the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario from August 2007 to November 2017, and as an Early Resolution Officer at Ombudsman Ontario from January 2000 to August 2007. Additional experience includes serving as a Mediation Officer at the Ontario Human Rights Commission during a secondment from April 2005 to May 2006. Alphonse Barikage's educational credentials include studies at Glendon Campus of York University, the University of Toronto, and Universite du Burundi.
