Justin Balancio

Justin Balancio has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Justin currently holds the position of Manager, National Sales at GOCAL - Greater Ontario California since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Manager, Convention Sales at the same company from April 2022 to April 2023. Before joining GOCAL, Justin worked at Twenty Four Seven Hotels where they held various roles. Justin was the Director of Sales at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Anaheim Maingate until April 2022. From July 2019 to December 2021, they served as the Area Director of Sales for Residence Inn by Marriott & Courtyard by Marriott Palm Desert. Justin also held the position of Dual Property Director of Sales at Hampton Inn & Suites Ontario & Comfort Suites Ontario Convention Ctr from November 2018 to July 2019, and Dual Property Sales Manager at the same location from April 2017 to November 2018. Before joining Twenty Four Seven Hotels, they were the Director of Sales at Hampton Inn & Suites Riverside-Corona East at both Globiwest Hospitality and Sun Development and Management. Prior to that, Justin worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Embassy Suites.

From 2008 to 2012, Justin Balancio attended California State University-San Bernardino, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management.
