Currently, Srini is working at Ontario Drive & Gear Ltd. as a Process Development Specialist focusing on Gear Application. Prior to this, Srini held roles at Northstar Aerospace and Hamilton Sundstrand Aerospace as a Manufacturing Gear Cell Technician. Additionally, Srini has experience in gear development from previous work at Hyundai Motor India Ltd.
