Philip Sochan

Philip Sochan currently serves as Legal Counsel at the Ontario Financing Authority since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Student-at-law at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General and an internship at the Asian Development Bank. Philip has worked as a Summer Law Student at Pace Law Firm and has held various summer positions including at the Ukrainian World Congress and the Holodomor Research and Education Consortium. Academically, Philip holds a Juris Doctor from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and an MA in European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies from the University of Toronto, complemented by several exchange programs at notable institutions including Waseda University and Keio University.
