Usman Zahid is a seasoned Senior Policy Advisor with extensive experience in the Ontario public sector, currently serving in the Assistant Deputy Minister's Office at the Ontario Financing Authority since May 2021. In this role, Usman provides strategic advice and manages workflows to support key provincial initiatives, including the Ontario Budget. Previously, Usman held positions as Senior Policy Advisor in both the Ontario Ministry of Finance and the Ontario Financing Authority, where responsibilities included managing critical portfolios and advising on fiscal impacts within the electricity sector.
