Thomas Athanasakos is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Analyst at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research since May 2023. In this role, Thomas effectively manages and resolves a high volume of support tickets using Jira Service Desk, provides client support, and ensures compliance with IT policies and security requirements.
