Angela Lauber-Conroy Sphr

Angela Lauber-Conroy, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Ontario International Airport since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company from November 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Ontario International Airport, Angela worked at FRAZER, LLP as the Human Resources Director from July 2020 to November 2021. Angela also has experience working at Beazer Homes, where they held multiple roles including Director of HR Operations from October 2018 to June 2020, and Director & HR Business Partner from January 2007 to June 2020.

Earlier in their career, Angela served as the HR Director / Assistant County Manager at Ticor Title from April 2004 to November 2006. Angela started their professional journey as a Human Resources Manager at Mountain View Physical Therapy from March 2001 to January 2004. Angela first attended the University of California, Riverside from 1990 to 1992 to earn their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management. Following this, they enrolled at the University of California, Riverside - A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources.

In addition to their academic achievements, Angela Lauber-Conroy has further enhanced their professional expertise by obtaining several certifications. Angela acquired their SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2008. Later, in January 2011, they obtained the certification of Certified Instructor-Civil Treatment Courses from Employment Learning Innovations, Inc (ELI). Most recently, in January 2015, they earned the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM.
