Lily Chen

Lily Chen, CPA, CA has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Lily is currently serving as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer at the Ontario Medical Association, where they advocate for the well-being of physicians and the health of Ontarians. Prior to this, they held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at BF&M Group, overseeing financial planning and risk management across the Caribbean, Bermuda, and Canada. Before that, they served as the Divisional Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Berkshire Hathaway Group's Reinsurance Division. Lily has also held executive positions at Aviva Canada, ING Insurance Asia/Pacific, Marsh, and EPCOR. With a strong background in finance and a focus on strategic planning, Lily Chen has demonstrated their ability to drive organizational growth and improve efficiency throughout their career.

Lily Chen, CPA, CA pursued a Bachelor of Commerce with an Accounting Concentration from the University of Calgary. Lily also holds a certification of Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
