Matt Ostergard is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in political and media relations. Currently serving as a Manager and Senior Communications Advisor for the Ontario Medical Association since May 2019, Matt previously held key roles in various political campaigns and governmental offices. Notably, Matt was the Tour Lead for the Liberal Party of Canada during the 2019 Federal Election, where responsibilities included planning announcements and briefing Prime Minister Trudeau. Additional experience encompasses senior communication positions for ministers in Ontario's cabinet and the Office of the Premier of Ontario, focusing on media strategy and event execution. Educationally, Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Victoria.
