Emma Didier has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Compliance Inspector at the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council since June 2013. Prior to this role, Emma worked at Toyota from June 2006 to June 2013 as a Consultant in Service Marketing & Promotion, focusing on various parts and service products. Emma also held the position of Consultant in Service Marketing at Toyota Canada Inc. from June 2006 to June 2010, providing bilingual support for Extra Care Protection across 284 dealers in Canada. Earlier in Emma's career, from 2000 to 2005, Emma was a Senior Customer Relations Representative at Honda Financial Services, overseeing accounts receivable and coordinating repossession efforts.
