Roxanne Ruediger, CPA, CGA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Roxanne is currently serving as the Director of Corporate Services at the Ontario Native Women's Association (ONWA) and previously held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at the same organization. In addition, they are an Audit Committee Member at Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services and an Investment Advisory Committee Member at Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated.
Roxanne also has experience as a Director at Qulliq Energy Corporation and as the Founder and CEO of ULU CONSULTING. Roxanne previously worked as the Director of Finance at Tungasuvvingat Inuit (TI).
Prior to these roles, Roxanne held significant positions within the Government of Nunavut. Roxanne served as the Chief Financial Officer at Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated, overseeing financials for multiple affiliated organizations. Roxanne also worked as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Manager of Accounting Services within the government, handling financial consolidation and contributing to the establishment of a digital financial system.
Earlier in their career, Roxanne gained extensive accounting experience at Qulliq Energy Corporation and the Government of Nunavut. Roxanne held roles such as Senior Accountant, Manager of Revenue Accounting, General Accountant, and Accounts Payable Supervisor, managing accounting processes, overseeing audits, and implementing process improvements.
Roxanne began their career as a Monitoring Analyst at the Government of Nunavut, where they gained valuable analytical skills.
Throughout their career, Roxanne has demonstrated their expertise in finance, accounting, and strategic planning. Roxanne has successfully implemented process improvements and has been recognized for their problem-solving abilities.
Roxanne Ruediger, CPA, CGA has a certification/designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), obtained in 2015. Roxanne also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Trent University, which was completed from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Roxanne is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, starting in 2018. Roxanne has obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate in Human Resources for Accounting Professionals from CPA Canada in October 2022, and the Certified General Accountant designation from CGA-Canada in November 2015.
