ONA Site Representative at Ontario Nurses' Association

Bogdan Mantescu is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare roles, currently serving as a VPD School Nurse and Registered Nurse in the COVID Team at York Region since January 2021. Mantescu also acts as an ONA Site Representative for the Ontario Nurses' Association, assisting individuals in navigating institutional barriers. Previous positions include providing home care as a Personal Support Worker at Nurse Next Door and supporting immunization clinics as a Student Nurse at Humber River Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mantescu has gained diverse clinical experience through student nursing roles at Southlake Regional Health Centre, EarlyON Centre - College Montrose, and Ryerson University, where Mantescu played a pivotal role in hosting the institution's first flu clinic. Mantescu earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University in 2021.
