Chris Charabaruk is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at the Ontario Nurses' Association since September 2019, Chris is responsible for maintaining and developing the "ONA Mobile" application. As the founder and lead developer at Acid Cube Games, Chris oversees game design and resource management. Previous roles include Senior Software Developer at Northcloud Inc., software development at 360incentives.com, and contributions as a usability specialist. Additionally, Chris has experience in podcast production with the No Agenda Show and has a background in programming direction for the Toronto Independent Games Conference. Chris's educational foundation includes studies at George Brown College from 2004 to 2006.

The Ontario Nurses’ Association (ONA) is a proactive union committed to improving the economic welfare and quality of work-life for our members, to enable them to provide high-quality health care. Founded in 1973, the Ontario Nurses’ Association (ONA) is the trade union that represents 60,000 registered nurses and allied health professionals working throughout Ontario, including: hospitals community health long-term care public health clinics industry Each facility represented by ONA has a Bargaining Unit President that oversees union activities within that facility. The provincial organization is divided into Locals, which is headed by a Local Coordinator. Bargaining Unit Presidents as well as Local Coordinators are ONA members, and are members' best source of information as it pertains to their facility.
