Mo Reghabi

Mo Reghabi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology governance. Currently, as Chief Digital Officer at Ontario One Call since January 2023, Mo has previously held significant roles including Senior Director of Operations and Finance at Supply Ontario, and Director of the IT Governance Branch at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat. Mo has demonstrated expertise in customer experience-centric innovation, design thinking, and managing large-scale transformational initiatives. Notable achievements include developing government-wide forecasting frameworks, modernizing IT governance structures, and overseeing substantial budgets while leading cross-functional teams across various sectors, including public service and healthcare. Mo holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Schulich School of Business and a BScEng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, complemented by ITIL certifications.
