Darwin Bozek

Darwin Bozek, FCPA, FCGA, ICD.D, currently serves as President and CEO of the Ontario Pension Board since February 2024. Prior to this role, Darwin Bozek held the position of President and CEO at Alberta Pensions Services Corporation from August 2017 to February 2024, overseeing corporate performance, strategic planning, and compliance. Darwin Bozek has a diverse background in government and finance, including roles as Senior Assistant Deputy Minister at the Treasury Board and Finance for the Government of Alberta, Controller for the Province of Alberta, and Assistant Deputy Minister at Alberta Finance and Enterprise. Earlier in the career, Darwin Bozek served as Executive Director at Alberta Finance and Director of Finance at the City of St. Albert. The professional journey began as an Auditor at EY. Darwin Bozek holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Alberta and has earned prestigious designations from CPA Canada and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
