Julian Neal is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Digital Communications Specialist at the Ontario Pension Board since December 2021. Julian has held various communication roles, including Communications Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs from December 2018 to November 2021, and Communications Intern at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation in 2018. Julian has also been the Chairman of Conservatives Abroad Canada since May 2014, assisting British citizens in Canada with voter registration in the UK. Additional experience includes positions as a Member Communications and Registration Assistant at the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, Procurement and Logistics Assistant at Elections Ontario, and Client Support Representative at TradeRev. Julian holds a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Guelph.
