Kate Wells is a seasoned digital experience manager with extensive expertise in content strategy, social media, and user experience. Currently serving as Manager of Digital Experience at the Ontario Pension Board since November 2020, Kate has previously held senior roles at Bookmark Content and Communications, overseeing digital content for Air Canada enRoute, and acting as Digital Director at Groupe TVA for Canadian Living. Kate’s career began as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Avid Life Media and includes a solid foundation in editorial and social media management, particularly in enhancing online presence and audience engagement. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Communications & Cultural Studies from Ryerson University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language & Literature from Queen's University.
