Mila Babic

Mila Babic serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Service Officer at the Ontario Pension Board (OPB), a position held since May 2013. In this role, Mila leads a team focused on providing exceptional client experience and advisory services to a diverse membership of 42,000 members, 36,000 pensioners, and 70 employers. Prior to OPB, Mila accumulated extensive experience at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from 1989 to May 2013, where roles included Director of Member Services Strategic Initiatives and Director of Employer & Pension Services, contributing to strategy development and client relationship management. Educational credentials include an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a BA in English from York University.
