Rebecca Knight, CHRL, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at the Ontario Pension Board since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation from May 2013 to March 2022, including Supervisor of Employee Relations, Human Resources Specialist, Employee Relations Advisor, and Human Resources Generalist. Rebecca began their career in human resources as a Field Placement Student. Rebecca Knight holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Durham College and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from McMaster University.
