Shruti Chellani is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Ontario Pension Board since April 2022, previous positions include Coordinator of Staff Relations at the University of Toronto and Human Resources Coordinator at Ryerson University. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager at Dion Global Solutions Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed Global Performance Management and Learning & Development initiatives. Shruti also contributed to the implementation of Workday as a Sr. Associate, Human Resources at Fiserv and engaged in HR operations at Religare. Educational qualifications include a Certified Professional in Human Resources designation from British Columbia and Yukon, an MBA in Human Resources Development from ICFAI Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Delhi University.
