Ghattas Dallal

Ghattas Dallal, MSc, CFA, currently serves as Managing Director of Public Markets at Ontario Power Generation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ghattas Dallal was a Portfolio Manager specializing in Factor Investing at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) from January 2014 to September 2022, where responsibilities included developing risk-premia strategies and managing a CAD$ 300 Million market neutral strategy. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Investment Manager at CIBC from December 2002 to January 2014, where Ghattas Dallal led strategic asset allocation and portfolio construction for multi-strategy portfolios totaling CAD$ 21 Billion. Additional roles encompassed Senior Quant Analyst and Equity Analyst positions at CIBC and MFC Global Investment Management, respectively. Ghattas Dallal holds a Master's degree in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading and is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
