Lianne Lees

Lianne Lees has extensive experience in safety and management roles within the nuclear and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Site Training Manager at Ontario Power Generation since September 2005, Lianne has held various managerial positions including Manager of Pipes & Rotating Equipment, Reactor Maintenance, and section management in Work Management and Civil Maintenance. Responsibilities have included overseeing production and safety, managing both unionized and seasonal crews at the Pickering Nuclear Power Plant, and implementing safety protocols. Prior experience includes roles as Safety Projects Officer at LCBO and Company Health and Safety Manager at The T. Eaton Corp, focusing on risk reduction and emergency response. Lianne Lees has advanced education, including a Certificate in Women’s Leadership from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and a Fellowship from the World Nuclear University.
