Mehrab Kader

Mehrab Kader currently serves as an Assistant Technical Engineer in Components & RTS Engineering at Ontario Power Generation, focusing on the operation and refurbishment of mechanical and electrical components at the Darlington Nuclear Generating Station since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Control Inspector at Candu Energy Inc. overseeing quality functions during the Fuel Load process for Unit 3, and as a Performance Engineering Intern at Ontario Power Generation providing support for fuel handling systems at the same station. Kader's career began at Lear Corporation as a Vehicle Seat Assembler. Kader holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electrical Engineering with a Smart Grid Specialization from Ontario Tech University.
