Mohammad Bilal Mughal

Mohammad Bilal Mughal, PMP®, is an accomplished project leader with extensive experience in managing complex projects within the energy sector. Currently serving at Ontario Power Generation, Mohammad leads critical Fuel Handling Asset Management projects. Prior to this role at Ontario Power Generation, Mohammad acted as a Project Management Consultant at Bruce Power, successfully executing significant projects related to the Major Component Refurbishment Programs, including the replacement of key systems with a portfolio valued at $220 million. Earlier career experience includes positions at Trillium Health Care Products, GLG, and Schlumberger, where Mohammad managed engineering initiatives, provided expert consulting in the oil and gas sector, and oversaw drilling engineering projects. Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
