Ranajee Roy Barman

Ranajee Roy Barman, P.Eng., M.Eng. is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the power generation and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer/Plant Engineer/Officer at Ontario Power Generation since May 2023, Ranajee supports the operations of thermal and hydroelectric generation stations. Previous positions include working as an Electrical Engineer at DDDG Engineering Services Inc., and as a Project Manager at SunGrid, focusing on energy storage and solar projects. Additional roles encompass significant contributions to cogeneration projects, project leadership at Koch Industries, and engineering technician positions centered on robotics and automation across several companies. Ranajee holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering from Western University, along with an Associate's degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering Technology from Canadore College.
