Rupal Patel

Rupal Patel is a highly experienced professional specializing in Board governance, corporate secretariat, continuous disclosure, corporate governance, and entity management. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Governance and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Ontario Power Generation since April 2024, Rupal previously held a sabbatical from June 2022 to March 2024 and served as Director of Ethical Conduct and Compliance at Loblaw Companies Limited from June 2021 to June 2022.
