Shashank Gandhi

Shashank Gandhi, P.Eng, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Information Systems Specialist at Ontario Power Generation since November 2023. Prior to this role, Shashank worked at Kinectrics as an Engineer in Advanced Reactor Integration & Analysis from April 2022 to November 2023. Shashank has an extensive background at Ontario Power Generation, holding various positions from May 2015 to March 2022, including Acting Engineering Manager for Reactor Safety, Technical Engineer in Reactor Safety, Acting Section Manager for Risk and Reliability, and Assistant Technical Engineer/Officer. Additional experience includes a role as a Quotations Specialist at Eaton's Cooper Lighting and an internship in Asset Strategy at Hydro One. Shashank was also the Chapter Initiative President for Engineers Without Borders in 2011. Shashank holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
