Silviu Stancu

Silviu Stancu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and project management within the nuclear energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Strategic Planning for the OPG Darlington Refurbishment Project at Ontario Power Generation since March 2011, Silviu previously held significant roles at Bruce Power as Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing Fuel Channels Engineering Assessment and Steam Generators Outages. Silviu's earlier career included positions at Nuclear Safety Solutions and Ontario Power Generation, where expertise in project engineering and modification leadership was demonstrated. Silviu began the professional journey at British American Tobacco as Facilities and Security Manager following graduation from Institutul Politehnic Bucuresti in 1992.
