Vaneet Gupta

Vaneet Gupta is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Ontario Power Generation since July 2025. Prior to this role, Vaneet held the position of Senior Manager of Business Development and Strategy at Laurentis Energy Partners from May 2022 to June 2025. Vaneet also worked at Ontario Power Generation as a Senior Analyst from March 2017 to April 2022 and gained experience as a Senior Estimator at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization from June 2009 to March 2017. Earlier in Vaneet's career, experience was acquired as an Applications Engineer at Thales Rail Signalling Solutions from June 2005 to June 2009. Vaneet holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University, along with a designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
